so i had these abilities that didn't make logic a priority or function. i was in a pack of staples like sardine in a can. apparently, rubbing up against objects turned them into whatever staples are made of; it was like the x-men or alex mack, but without as much purpose.

then i was stuck on an island on my way to hawaii. spencer was there briefly but had to return to the big island. i was told to wait because of the bad weather.

on the island, i encountered my old friend sean king and the gang from dawson's creek. i remember telling joey potter off because a day before in awakeland, i was telling renee and my dad how i am addicted to the show but annoyed with tom cruise's wife. something about her idiosyncratic behavior is so contrived in a girl-next-door way. bleh. i also don't believe in female voices. not hard core ones. what happened to them? touched? beaten? anyway: island days waiting were spent in overcast much similar to today. maybe i was just humping the weather with my subconscious and somewhere deep down i know: we need staples at the office?
